About the role Overview Sheffield, S2 3PX Full Time £26,000 - £27,000pa DOE 29 May 2025 We are looking for a Contract Compliance Officer to join our growing team at Cygnet. Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK. The purpose of the role is to coordinate the administration functions in order to comply with NHS purchaser contracts in respect of data management. To work within the Contract Compliance Team and where required, the Head of Contracts and Reporting to ensure that Cygnet is fully compliant with its contracts reporting. The are responsible for Projects and Property team are responsible for overseeing both the delivery of large scale infrastructure projects and the maintenance and management of existing buildings and facilities within North Somersets property portfolio, as well as supporting the delivery of the Councils Development Strategy. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact in the delivery of the Corporate Landlord Service, ensuring each asset complies with all relevant legislation and regulations, including building codes, fire safety, environmental regulations, and energy efficiency, staying up to date on changes to building regulations, compliance standards, ensuring that all buildings meet these standards. You will oversee and conduct regular inspections and audits of buildings, systems, and equipment to assess their compliance with building codes, and all related company policies, identifying, recording and reporting on potential compliance risks within buildings making sure that risks and mitigations are documented and communicated to senior management. Experience of working across teams and with partners to deliver collaborative schemes and projects. Proven track record of effective planning, control and monitoring of budgets and performance.</li> </ul>Desirable Criteria: <ul> <li>Membership of a Professional Institute relevant to one or more areas of service responsibility.
