Position Summary The Compliance Analyst will work with the Associate Director of Compliance and the Compliance Manager to provide support on all ethical screens Firm-wide, including establishment, maintenance and removal. They will a ssist with maintenance and audit of Restricted Securities List, preparation of Insider List reports, processing searches for securities trades, audits, marketing publications, and Lateral onboarding. This role is responsible for research and administrative functions in relation to Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions analysis. The Compliance Analyst will interact with the Department of the General Counsel in relation to compliance processes and special projects, advise staff on resolving compliance issues and using appropriate resources for investigation, resolution and/or approval, and ensure compliance with departmental processes and legal rules and regulations. This is a non-legal position. Duties and Accountabilities1 <ul> <li> Support Associate Director and team with processing searches in relation to securities trades, including review of related searches and analysis for General Counsel's review </li> <li> Facilitate all functions of Insider List preparation, tracking and necessary screen implementation </li> <li> Provide sanctions research support to lawyers.
